This Privacy Policy explains how Montages Media Labs ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information processed by our social media automation application, MML DM Messaging (the "DM App"), when you interact with our official Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.

1. Information We Process

When you comment on our posts or send us a direct message containing specific promotional keywords (such as "VIDEO" or "BUILD"), the DM App receives data from Meta's API, which includes:

  • Your Meta-scoped User Identifier (Scoped User ID or Instagram Scoped ID).
  • The public text content of your comment or message containing the trigger keyword.
  • The timestamp of your interaction.
  • Your public username or profile handle.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the received information solely for the following purposes:

  • To instantly dispatch the requested campaign resource links (e.g., access to the Video Idea Generator or Coding Idea Generator).
  • To log successful triggers for internal system diagnostics and performance monitoring.

We do not store your message or comment text in our databases. Once our webhook processes the keyword match and sends the automated reply, the text content is discarded from our temporary memory.

3. Data Retention

We only retain diagnostic trigger logs (which record that a specific user ID received a matching rule at a specific time) for a maximum of 30 days to troubleshoot API dispatch issues. No message contents or comments are saved long-term.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any processed user data with third-party service providers, advertisers, or other partners. All data handling is conducted internally and securely.
